Secure On Site is recruiting a cleaning team to work at a commercial building that we manage in Peckham, London with an immediate start.

You will be required to carry out general cleaning tasks in the communal areas of the commercial building.

The same building will be visited on a weekly basis for cleaning tasks to be carried out.

Hours of work every week:

Part time (16 hours per week).

Duties will include:

– Vacuuming, sweeping and/or mopping of the communal areas, including hallways, stairwells, elevators, toilets and bathrooms.

– Dusting and wiping all surface areas.

– Sanitising all public touchpoints.

– Waste management.

– Incident reporting as and when required.

What we’re looking for:

– Previous experience as a cleaner.

– Strong communication skills & customer service skills.

– Presentable personal appearance.

Service provision:

– Ensure that service level agreements with the client are met and that any shortfalls are documented and reported to the Duty and Operations Manager.

General:

– Any other duties as required by the Operations Manager.

– Data management and strong record keeping skills.
