SOS Security is a values based modern security services company. We provide Door Supervision Services and Event Operations to one of Paddington’s premier multi-level, multi function Bars with a huge outdoor courtyard.

We are seeking a well-presented, articulate, reliable team player to provide frontline Door Supervision for our contract in Paddington W2.

Hours of work every week:

Saturday 16:00pm – 23:00pm; &

Sunday 16:00pm – 23:00pm.

Total 14 hours per week.

Pay Rate

£13.00 per hour.

Duties will include:

• Carry out routine patrols around the venue.
• Eject non compliant visitors at the venue.
• Report incidents as and when they occur.
• control entry to the venue.
• Aiding customers in distress and where applicable administering the necessary first aid.
• Monitoring customer behaviour.
• Monitoring health and safety issues.
• Enforce venue rules.

  Requirements

• Implementing search procedures in accordance with assignment instructions.
• Controlling access to and exit from the site.
• Ensuring security equipment is working properly e.g. body worn cameras.

• A passion for customer care and a sensitivity to clients needs.
• In-date SIA licence.
• Account for previous 5 years.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Experience of working in busy customer service environment within the hospitality, customer services industry or within a licenced venue.
• Experience in customer facing environments.
• Team player, but able to work alone and unsupervised.
• Flexible for covering additional shifts.
• Enthusiasm and motivation to be a performance-driven team player.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Excellent organisational skills and a willingness to work flexibly.
• Data management and strong record keeping skills.
