Door Supervisor Shoreditch

Salary: £13.00 per hour
Schedule: 36 – 54.5hours per week

We are looking to employ a Door Supervisor Shoreditch Location to ensure that our client receives a
consistent and excellent level of care. Your main responsibility will be to assist the venue
management team in ensuring that the premises is complying with the licensing
requirements.

Hours of work:
Thursday 17:00pm – 01:30am
Friday 17:00pm – 02:30am
Saturday 13:00pm – 02:30am

Duties required will include but not limited to:

• Carry out routine patrols around the venue
• Ask trespassers to leave the venue
• Eject non-compliant visitors at venue
• To ensure that incidents are reported and recorded as and when they occur.
• To ensure that the entry numbers are controlled, keeping an accurate count and
  managing the flow of entry.
• To aid customers in distress and where applicable administering the necessary first aid.
• To pay strict attention to health & safety issues/dangerous occurrences to minimise the
  risk in potentially dangerous areas e.g stairs, dance floor(s) and congested areas.
• To advise and enforce where necessary the venue policies ie. Non-smoking, restricted access areas. To support local council, police and licensing authorities.
• Any other duties required by the venue supervisor
• To be successful in the role, you’ll need the following:
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience working in the licensed venue sector is desirable but not required
• Experience of working in a customer service environment

We will need:

• Photographic proof of ID – Proof of right to work within the UK
• SIA Door Supervisor/Close Protection licence
• Able to provide a 5-year minimum checkable history
• First aid qualified is preferred if you do not have it we will train in it.
• We pay monthly, and you will have to go on our payroll system.
