Key Details:
- Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off
- Shift Length: 10 hours per day
- Pay: £12.95 per hour (paid monthly)
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide a professional, visible security presence to residents and visitors
- Monitor and control access to the building
- Carry out regular patrols to ensure safety and security of all areas
- Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and efficiently
- Maintain accurate incident reports and daily logs
- Liaise with residents, management, and emergency services when needed
- Monitor CCTV and alarm systems
- Support concierge/front desk with basic assistance as required
Requirements:
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guard Licence (essential)
- Proven experience in residential or front-of-house security (preferred)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Basic IT skills for logging reports and incidents
