Residential Building Cleaner – London

Multiple locations
Salary: £10 per hour
Hours: 29 – 40 hours per week

We are looking for one full time cleaner to carry out general cleaning in the communal areas
of residential buildings at various locations across London. Buildings will be visited on a
weekly basis for cleaning tasks to be carried out. In-house training will be provided to
successful applicants.

General Duties include but not limited to:
● Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping
● Dusting and wiping all surface areas
● Sanitising all public touchpoints
● Waste management

About you:-
To be successful in the role, you’ll need to have the following:

• A passion for cleaning
• Previous cleaning or maintenance experience is beneficial but not essential
• Experience in a customer facing environment
• Ability to offer flexibility in working hours
• Happy to work alone
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Good command of the English language

You will need

• Photographic proof of ID – Proof of right to work within the UK
• Able to provide a 5-year minimum checkable history
