We are seeking a well-presented, articulate, reliable team player to provide frontline Door Supervision for our contract in Central London SE1.

Hours of work every week:

Thursday 18:00pm – 01:00am;

Friday 18:00pm – 01:00am; &

Saturday 18:00pm – 01:00am

Total 24 hours per week

Pay Rate

£12.00 per hour

Duties will include:

  • carry out routine patrols around the venue
  • ask trespassers to leave the venue
  • eject non compliant visitors at the venue
  • report incidents as and when they occur
  • aiding customers in distress and where applicable administering the necessary first aid
  • monitoring customer behavior
  • monitoring health and safety issues
  • enforce venue rules

Requirements

  • a passion for customer care and a sensitivity to clients needs
  • in-date SIA license
  • account for previous 5 years 
  • right to work in the UK
  • experience of working in busy customer service environment within the hospitality or customer services industry or customer services industry or ideally corporate security 
  • experience in customer facing environments 
  • flexible for covering additional shifts
  • enthusiasm and motivation to be a performance-driven team player
  • ability to work on own initiative
  • excellent organisational skills and a willingness to work flexibly and to tight deadlines 
  • data management and strong record keeping skills
